To be considered for cueing, demos and/or workshops, please complete this form by 1 July 2027.

To complement our movie-themed convention, we encourage you to choose a movie-themed routine or music for demo performances,
although this is completely optional. 

For workshops, please submit cuesheets and music by 1 July 2027

1. Two cue Sheets for dances at different levels
2. Both pieces of original music in MP3 format via email at the time you submit your cuesheet.

It is your responsibility to ensure the cue sheet has been ACA stamped. Please allow sufficient time for the Cue Sheet Checkers to check your cue sheets. 

Please note: It is the responsibility of the workshop instructor to bring a copy of their teach video on a USB with you
to the convention. We require the video to be an MP4 file filmed with landscape orientation. Filming of the walk through teach video will NOT be available to do at the convention.

You will be notified of the following prior to the convention:
1. Dance selection and night/s for cueing;
2. Selected dance, day and time of your workshop/s; and
3. Program details for your demonstration
