The Australian Clogging Association (ACA) and affiliated clubs regularly capture photos and videos during classes, workshops, demonstrations, social events, conventions, and other ACA-related activities.
These images and videos may be used in ACA newsletters, websites, social media, promotional material, and future event advertising to help celebrate and promote clogging in Australia.
By participating in ACA activities, members and attendees acknowledge that incidental appearance in photography and video may occur.
The ACA and affiliated clubs will do their best to respect anyone who prefers not to appear in promotional photos or videos. If this applies to you, please advise the organiser, instructor, or event coordinator and avoid group photos or filming areas where practical.
